Operator tools for the kitchens you actually run.

A small set of AI tools for the daily work of running a restaurant — menu writing, server training, social posts, scheduling. Built so the output sounds like the room, not like software.

Who’s behind it

Dave Furano got his start at Winterland in the late 60s. Helped his brother Dell build Winterland Productions with Bill Graham in 1974, ran tour operations for Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, and John Denver, co-founded Signatures Network (sold to Live Nation, 2007), and co-founded Rock & Brews with Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, and Michael Zislas in 2008. Six decades of watching restaurants spend hours on tasks that software has never gotten right.

What it does

Menu copy you’d actually print
Specials boards, dish descriptions, allergen-aware ingredient lists. Reads like the chef talking, not a vendor template.
Server SOPs and training cards
New-hire pour standards, allergen protocols, daily side-work checklists. Drafted from your kitchen, not a textbook.
Social posts in your voice
A week of post drafts: tonight’s special, the new bottle list, the regulars’ birthday. Sound like the restaurant.
Schedules tuned to your covers
Pull the last 8 weeks of covers, get a draft schedule shaped to actual demand. You make the calls; the draft saves an hour.
